friday moments

This week, I'm grateful for...

  • The Chocolate Ripple cakes The Cat made on the long weekend.
  • Felting Day I and future felting days with a great friend that motivated me to persevere with wet felting and finally ‘get it right’.
  • Mid-semester break.
  • Planning for an Etsy store.

Hahaha, I wish I could, Lisa! It's surprisingly easy to make though. You can find the recipe here: http://www.arnotts.com/recipes/ChocRippleCake.aspx

That's an interesting cake! Do you cut it up, or do you eat it in one gulp? Because that looks more than a mouthful!

YUM! Now I'm hungry and my cupboards are bare! (Well, bare of all the yummy things anyways...)

R--you cut it up and it becomes layers of chocolate between cream.

Anna--so nice to meet a fellow Aussie on the blogosphere! Welcome to my blog, and I hope you stock up on yummy goodies soon :).

There's so much to be thankful for but I know I would be so thankful if you would send some of those cookie cakes over. Yummie.

Weeza and Valarie--thank you both so much!

Andrea--You are so sweet!

I'm expecting a HUGE order of wool for needle felting to arrive this Thursday, so no guesses as to what I will be doing all weekend. I have meticulously planned a product line that I'm over the moon about. Barring anything unforeseen, I should be on track to launch Faunfare next week :). Super excited! Promise you'll be the first to know about it :D.
